Busan Gimhae Airport
Gimhae International Airport is Busan’s main airport. The airport has two terminals, one for domestic flights and one for international flights which were located close to each other for easy transfer. It offers convenient access to downtown Busan around 30–40 minutes by car with many transportation options including taxis and limousine buses.
Pickup point :
If a guide is assigned for you, they will be waiting for you right outside the arrival gate holding a signage with your name on it.
If you booked only a vehicle without a guide, please collect your luggage, move out of the buiding, wait for your arranged transport by the road, Gate 3 at international airport or Gate 3 at domestic airport. Make sure to check the pickup point, time, and the vehicle booking information on the final itinerary as Korean drivers do not speak English and are hard to communicate.
Taxi :
Taxi stands are located just outside the arrival hall on the first floor. Travel time is about 40-60 minutes to Busan city center (Seomyeon, Nampo-dong, Gwangalli, Haeundae). Fare is approx. 20,000–40,000 KRW depending on destination and traffic. You can pay in cash (KRW), T-money cards, or credit cards. Show your destination in Korean to the driver.
Airport limousine bus :
Bus stop is located outside the international terminal, Exit 3. Fares are around 6,000–10,000 KRW depending on destination. You can buy tickets at the ticket booth near the bus stop or pay directly on board in cash or in transportation card (T-money Card).
International airport to domestic airport :
The international and domestic terminals are 10 minutes on foot.
USIM purchase:
You can buy USIM cards and eSIMs at convenience stores (CU, 7-Eleven) or mobile carrier booths (KT, SKT, LG U+) located in the arrival hall. There are prepaid data, voice, and international call options.
Emergency contact :
If there is an emergency, especially at night, and you don't konw what to do, call 119 immediately!
