How do I book the tours?

A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The deposit and final balance amounts along with their due dates, may vary depending on the services you choose. Please refer to the payment details in your itinerary. If the balance is not paid by the due date, we may need to cancel your booking.

Is my tour confirmed?

Once you make your booking and the deposit is received, your tour is automatically confirmed. If there are any updates before your trip begins, we will contact you right away.

Can I make some changes on the itinerary?

You are welcome to discuss and adjust your itinerary with us until everything is finalized. Please note that the tour price may change based on updates to travel distance, tour duration, transportation type, or group size. Once the itinerary is confirmed, any further changes may require an additional modification fee.

Can I book a hotel through your company?

Our daily tours do not include accommodation but we are happy to guide you with suggestions and booking tips to make your stay as smooth as possible. For multi-day package tours, your accommodation is included for a worry-free experience.

Do I need to buy travel insurance?

Accepted Answer

Unexpected situations can happen all the time. We strongly recommend that all visitors purchase comprehensive travel insurance especially for medical emergencies. Hospitals in Korea provide excellent care, but emergency visits at night can be pretty expensive for non-residents. With the right coverage, you can enjoy your trip to Korea stress-free, knowing you’re protected in case of any unexpected medical situation.

How physically demanding is my tour?

We include a physical activity level for each of our tours and most are rated as easy. However, please keep in mind that many places in Korea have hilly roads and lots of stairs. If you share your physical condition or preferences with us in advance, we will be happy to tailor the itinerary to make sure it’s comfortable and enjoyable for you.

If you need to cancel your tour before it begins, the cancellation fee may vary depending on your departure date and the services you have selected. Please refer to the cancellation rates listed in your confirmed itinerary.

Sometimes we may need to cancel a tour before departure due to natural disasters, political unrest, or other unexpected events that make it impossible for us to operate safely. If this happens, you can choose a new tour date or receive a full refund, whichever works best for you.
